PRIVACY

Your life is not the price of using TAIU.

What you write belongs to you. TAIU does not sell it, use it to build advertising profiles or give it to an employer, professional, sponsor or person who paid for your access.

What TAIU receives when you use the Finder

The words you type into the Finder are used to find a relevant place to start. They are not added to advertising or marketing profiles and they are not sold.

What is stored when no account is used

Without an account, what you write stays in your browser for that visit and is not kept on our servers as a saved record. Ordinary operational logs still record that a request was made.

What is stored when somebody chooses to save

When you choose to save something, it is stored against your account and only you can read it. Nothing is saved unless you choose to save it.

What AI can see, and only under which action or consent

AI sees only the words you send during the action you started. It is not given your Journal, your Tree or your history unless you deliberately bring something into that conversation.

Separation between payer, sponsor and private user content

If somebody else pays for your access, they can see that access exists. They cannot see what you wrote, what you looked at or anything you saved.

Voice transcription and immediate audio deletion policy

Speaking is turned into text by your own browser. The audio is not sent to TAIU and is not stored. You review the text before anything is kept.

Temporary mode

Temporary mode lets you use TAIU without keeping the conversation. What it does and does not retain is set out on its own page.

Memory controls

Memory contains only the material you have allowed TAIU to carry into another conversation. You can see it and remove it.

Export and deletion

You can export what you have written and delete an individual item, TAIU's memory or your whole account.

Legal and operational exceptions

Backups and operational logs are kept for a limited period before they cycle out, so deletion is not instant everywhere. Information may also be retained or disclosed where the law requires it.
