I grew up on a council estate in East London, in a family without much money. I learned about responsibility early and spent a long time believing that success would make life feel settled.

It did not work like that.

For more than twenty years I built brands and businesses across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. I served as International Director at New Look, co-founded 3INA Cosmetics and was its Joint CEO until June 2025.

I also helped co-create Hello Sunday SPF, DotDotPet, Reset Vitamins and Vezavena and invested in Ace Turtle Pvt Ltd.

The work put me in rooms where people appeared to have made very different lives work. Money meant something different in each place. So did family, faith, love, ambition, freedom and what a person owed the people around them.

The more people I met, the less convincing any single formula became.
