LIVE WORKSHOPS
Do not ask a room for honesty, then make honesty unsafe.
A TAIU workshop gives one real subject proper time. People can think, write and talk without being forced to hand their private answers to the organisation.
One subject. Looked at properly.
Mark opens the subject and gives the room a shared way into it. People work through the questions for themselves. Conversation can happen in pairs, small groups or as a whole room where that is useful.
The point is not to force agreement. It is to notice what the usual answer may be leaving out.
Workshop subjects
THE DECISION THAT KEEPS RETURNING
For a group caught between two familiar answers and beginning to suspect those are not the only choices.
WHOSE IDEA OF SUCCESS IS THIS?
For people or teams chasing a definition that may have been inherited rather than chosen.
WHAT ARE WE PROTECTING?
For a room that knows something may need to move but has not said what the current answer is holding in place.
THE WHOLE TREE
For groups treating work, health, money, relationships and identity as separate problems when they are acting on each other.
A SUBJECT SHAPED WITH YOU
For an organisation with a specific question that fits the TAIU way of working. The subject is agreed before the workshop. People's personal answers still remain theirs.
What the organisation receives
- A discussion before the event
- A workshop shaped for the room
- Live facilitation by Mark
- Agreed material for people to use afterwards
- A route into the free Clearing for anyone who wants to continue privately
Private writing is not the feedback form.
The organisation does not receive Ask Alto conversations, Journal entries, My Tree content or individual workshop answers.
If feedback is requested, it is collected separately and people know exactly what they are submitting.
Who it is for
- Leadership teams
- Company groups
- Universities and business schools
- Charities and communities
