How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net, or contact us at info@taiu.co.uk and we will help you. You do not need to give a reason.
Cancelling a membership
A recurring membership continues until you stop it. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancelling stops future payments. Cancelling does not affect anything you have already written.
