TAIU FOR ORGANISATIONS
Do not ask people to be honest, then ask to see what they wrote.
TAIU brings a different kind of conversation into a room. Not another answer for people to repeat. A way to question the answer they have already been living with.
The organisation creates the time and the room. People keep their own words.
Start with what is happening in the room.
You may have a conference that needs more than another speech. A leadership team circling the same decision. A group reading the book. People carrying work into the rest of their lives.
Tell us what is happening. We will help you choose the right way to bring TAIU into it.
What an organisation can bring in
KEYNOTES
Mark brings the central question of The Alternative Is Unthinkable into the room and leaves the audience with something they will still be thinking about afterwards.

A room works through one real subject together. Nobody is pushed to share personal writing and the organisation does not receive it.

Books, a talk, a live conversation and follow-up can be brought together as one piece of work. The book starts the conversation. It does not become homework people are tested on.

A private conversation for a founder, leader, partnership or small group when the subject is not right for the wider room.
Explore private sessionsEVENTS
Book conversations, public interviews and TAIU events for employees, students, members or a wider community.
Explore eventsThe room. The time. The work around it.
An organisation may pay for Mark's time, live delivery, books, event production, a programme shaped around the subject and agreed follow-up material.
It is not paying for access to people's private accounts or writing.
People can carry on in their own time.
Anyone can open a free Clearing account. They can Ask Alto, build My Tree, use the Journal and work through the full catalogue of sessions and workshops.
An organisation can point people towards The Clearing. It cannot see what they do there.
Who it is for
- Businesses and leadership teams
- Universities and business schools
- Charities and community organisations
- Professional networks
- Conferences and membership groups
Attendance is not access.
An organisation may know that a session took place and how many people joined. It does not receive Ask Alto conversations, Journal entries, My Tree content or individual handbacks.
Any group feedback must be deliberately submitted for that purpose and separated from a person's private account.
Tell us about the room before you tell us the format.
Who will be there? What keeps coming up? What would make the time worthwhile? If you already know you want a keynote, workshop, book programme or private session, tell us. If you do not, start with the situation.
