Why this is backbone, not a mission

Cyber capability cuts across health, defence, energy, mobility, manufacturing, space, quantum, connected infrastructure and finance. Every mission that becomes digital becomes a cyber question.

Cyber capability is strong in Belfast, but it does not belong only to Northern Ireland. UKIZ maps it as national capability with several genuine concentrations.
